Cozy mountain farm at an altitude of 950m, 6 km from the center of Unken, 14 km from Lofer/Almenwelt. Isolated, sunny location on a slope with wonderful views of the mountains. Simply enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains, meadows, and forests, and above all, the tranquility. We rent out 2 holiday apartments for 2-5 people. In the house: Central heating, access to the house, parking. Grocery store 7 km, restaurant 300m, outdoor/indoor pool 7 km, thermal spa 18 km, ski lifts Unken/Heutal 6 km, Almenwelt Lofer 14 km, ski school 6 km, toboggan run 4 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km, mountain bike and hiking trails directly from the house. Well-maintained access road (carrying snow chains is recommended in winter).

EXCLUSIVE: Visitor's tax (Euro 1.70 per adult/day)
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged. NON-SMOKING HOUSE
From the center of Unken, drive in the direction of Heutal. After approx. 3.5 km, turn left towards Hintergföll and drive another approx. 3 km until you reach our farm directly. (Well-maintained mountain road, well-cleared in winter)

Die Küche müsste eine bessere Ausstattung haben( zB. Brettchen, Obst- und Gemüsemesser) und ein Fön wäre toll
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung.
