Our listed historic farmhouse "Paxerhof" and the "Zuhaus" (ski rental building) are located directly next to the Zahmer Kaiser ski area in Walchsee and right at the foot of the mountain of the same name.
Sporting activities such as skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, great hiking tours, as well as wonderful walks are possible right from your doorstep! Walchsee lake and the village center are only about 3 km away – use of the lake and also the outdoor swimming pool in Reit im Winkl is free for our guests! You can order fresh bread rolls from the bakery from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. Includes Kaiserwinkl Card with many discounts.
Excludes: local tax. From 01.05.2025: €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over. Check-in from approx. 2:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. You will find our house in the district of Durchholzen.
This is located about 3 km before the center of Walchsee.
From the Niederndorf motorway exit, it is only another 10 minutes by car.
The route takes you past the villages of Niederndorf and Rettenschöss.

Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Zimmer geräumig. Ausstattung Küche super. Brötchen und Milch Service super. Paxer Hof ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge.
