Flat is located on the 1st floor and attic (single beds).separate entrance.
Renovated bathroom.
Complete kitchen,equipped with refrigerator,electric cooker,coffee maker,microwave,toaster and dishwasher.
One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom on the attic / 2nd floor with 2 single beds.
Living room with large couch and satellite TV.
Travel cot can be provided.
An additional bed for a toddler available.
Washing machine can be booked on site for a fee.
WLAN available as guest access.
Due to the current situation NO MORE THAN 2 MONTEURS.
We also reserve the right to charge a deposit of
50 euros (for fitters) on arrival.
As a small business owner, I cannot show any VAT!

Ca.10 km to Bremerhaven. Km to Bremerhaven.800m to the main road,there are also bus connections to Bremerhaven.

Shopping facilities in 4 km,5 minutes by car.
Grill possibility at the house.
Final cleaning not included,bed linen and towels can be booked for a small amount.

Smoking in the flat not allowed !!! Smoking opportunity directly in front of the door, with chairs and table.
