In this lovingly furnished non-smoking flat on the ground floor of the listed farm building, you can enjoy a farmhouse atmosphere in the quiet holiday resort of Ratjendorf.

The combined living and sleeping area is the centre of the 52 m² holiday flat and offers a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), a comfortable seating set, a round dining table with four chairs and a large flat-screen TV.

The well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave is located in a separate room and invites you to prepare your own culinary delights.

The 5 m² bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin with mirror. The washing machine will take care of your laundry while you enjoy a day out. There is also plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

Old wood and brick elements are consistent throughout the flat and reflect the charm of the historic courtyard building. You also have a view of the courtyard grounds through all the windows.

The large, idyllic communal garden offers loungers for sunbathing and is yours to use.

You also have a car parking space reserved for you in the courtyard in front of the building. There is also a lockable storage room for communal use, for example for your e-bikes.

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here.

The municipality of Schönberg is just five minutes away by car, where you will find various cultural attractions such as the Probstei Museum and the museum railway station. Schönberg also offers a wide range of restaurants and cafés. A visit to the many local market stalls is also worthwhile. Stock up on everything from savoury sausage products to local honeys, jams, liqueurs and fruit. Of course, you can also enjoy a fish sandwich not far from the Baltic Sea.

You can experience another wide variety of leisure activities after a 30-minute drive in the state capital of Kiel. If you want to go on a bike tour, you've come to the right place, as the Probstei offers exciting routes such as the Strohfiguren or Kultur-Route. Enjoy the beautiful countryside and take a breather in one of the many farm cafés.
