Feel Discovery Douro LAS House is a holiday home with private pool in the Douro, a detached villa in the Douro region of Sedielos, with 5 bedrooms and a fantastic infinity pool.


The villa is fully equipped and is ideal for leisure stays with family or groups of friends. With an area of over 250 m2, it has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people in total comfort.


The rooms allow you to put an extra bed in each, which allows us to accommodate a maximum of 15 people. All the rooms are en-suite and there is also a bathroom supporting the common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen). All have free amenities at your disposal. No need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we will have everything ready for you on arrival!


All rooms have a balcony facing the outdoor area where you can find the swimming pool and the fantastic vineyards, you can fully enjoy nature and also enjoy an outdoor breakfast.


The whole house has WiFi access and cable TV.


The living room and dining room are large and bright with large windows and allow you to enjoy good moments at the table and moments of relaxation, with views of the pool.


The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to cook the best meals and also has a dishwasher and coffee machine.


In case you have babies we also have cots and high chairs available, upon request and availability.


Breakfast is included in the reservation and is left in the house in a unique and traditional model. It consists of: milk, juice, coffee, water, ham, cheese, butter, jam, fruit and the bread is left warm every day at the property's gate. All items are left in the house before your arrival with sufficient quantity for the days corresponding to your reservation and number of people.


The exterior is absolutely stunning with the infinity pool overlooking the vineyards of the house, where wine production is also carried out, were we not in the Alto Douro Wine Region.


The house also has a swimming pool for children and enough outdoor furniture such as table and chairs to have your meals outdoors. For your meals you can also count on a portable barbecue.


There is also a large garden area and bicycles which can be used free of charge, upon request.

Hygiene and Safety:


In our house we want you to enjoy with all comfort and safety, so hygiene and safety measures were implemented, aiming to ensure that everything is hygienized, and properly prepared for your stay. The final cleaning of the property will be reinforced and the check-in and check-out process will be carried out with staff duly equipped and with the proper distance. All requirements and obligations met have ensured that the house qualifies as a Clean & Safe establishment.

Check-In and Reception:


Located in Sedielos, 8 km from Mesão Frio, the property can only be reached by car. However, you may park your car inside the property, free of charge.


The house has all the essentials shops in the surroundings, from a minimarket 10 minutes drive away in Mesão Frio, where you can buy all the necessary products for your stay, as well as, a typical Portuguese food restaurant, Ponto de Encontro, 5 minutes away, which also delivers to the house, by previous order.


Being 8 km away from Mesão Frio, you are 10 minutes by car from the magnificent viewpoint of Mesão Frio, with magnificent views over the whole region.


The villa is 20 minutes drive from Peso da Régua, where you can also visit the Douro Museum, visit the municipal market with fresh food products and that is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm, except on Sunday.


On the way to Peso da Régua, you will find various hawkers selling fruit, typical regional sweets and the traditional Peso da Régua sweets sellers, who make and sell the sweets created in the region.


If you are coming from the airport, please note that we have a private transfer service, by appointment, that will be waiting for you at the time of your arrival at Porto airport and will transport you to the house, providing total convenience for you and your loved ones.


Please note that we do not have a reception at the house, so it is necessary that you inform us of your arrival time in advance.

You can also enjoy a cruise on the magnificent River Douro, and take a cruise from Régua to Pinhão, enjoying sublime and breathtaking views.


The viewpoints are the highlight of the region, so going to the Douro and not visiting them is not knowing its true essence. We therefore offer visits to the main viewpoints, with the possibility of adding picnic lunch and a tasting of regional products. Some of the viewpoints to visit, without fail, are: Miradouro de São Leonardo da Galafura, Miradouro de Casal de Loivos and the Miradouro de Mesão Frio.
