Relax and unwind on our farm, which is picturesquely nestled between the Lattengebirge and Hochstaufen mountains. A small idyllic stream runs through your private sunbathing lawn and lets you forget your everyday stress next to green meadows and forests. Our flats, furnished in country style, are situated in a quiet sunny location. Our spacious flats have separate living - sleeping rooms, wooden or laminate floors, bathroom with shower/WC, kitchen partly with dishwasher, with balcony or terrace and sunbathing lawn.

Environment description
Due to the proximity to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall, we are the ideal starting point for sightseeing - mountain, cycling and hiking tours. 1.5 km away from our house is a beautiful illuminated toboggan run.

Arrival Description
Car: Exit Bad Reichenhall/Piding from the A8 coming from Munich, follow the signs to Bad Reichenhall, take the first exit at the roundabout towards Bad Reichenhall and follow Reichenhaller Straße until you turn right into Tumpenstraße. After a left-hand bend, turn right again into Tumpenstraße and follow this until it leads into Leopoldstraße. By train: Bayerisch Gmain train station. By plane: Salzburg "W.A.Mozart" 14km.

Description of the accommodation
Enjoy pure sunshine from morning to evening in the living room with a wonderful south-west facing position. The backdrop of the Berchtesgaden Alps awaits you from the Untersberg and Predigtstuhl to the north to the Hochstaufen. Balcony: West facing! Enjoy the sunset in a deckchair with a cosy glass of home-drink. The kitchen is small, but sufficient and equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Additional needs will be fulfilled if possible. In the bedroom the morning sun wakes you up in the double bed. Towels are provided. The equipment: Living room - TV, satellite, radio, kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove. In the living room there is a foldaway bed for the 3rd person. Bedroom: beds are covered, additional equipment: children's travel bed, bathroom: hand and shower towels are provided. W-Lan free of charge.
