Griaß eich and welcome to us at the Thomanhof! Our organic certified farm is located in the idyllic village of Steinbrünning in the Rupertiwinkel. Organic is not just a certificate for us, but a way of life, so there are also many sustainable materials, wood and natural textiles in the two completely new vacation apartments. We offer an apartment for two people and a spacious vacation apartment for up to six people on the upper floor of the converted former "Troadstadl" (completion April 2020). Already over several generations we run our dairy farm with about 35 animals. If you want to know where your milk comes from or experience cows up close, you are welcome to visit us during the barn season and take care of the calves with us. Of course we also have petting animals. Rabbits, cats and guinea pigs. If you want, you can collect your breakfast egg from the chickens together with us. The famous excursion areas of the Berchtesgadener Land or the Mozart city Salzburg can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. We are looking forward to seeing you! Your family Niederstrasser

Environment description
The Thomanhof is located at the edge of the Rupertiwinkel in Steinbrünning. Arrival by car coming from Laufen drive in the direction of Saaldorf via Abtsdorfer Straße. You will pass through the village of Oberheining and then drive straight on along the Abtsdorfer See. After about 4 km turn left to Steinbrünning and continue on the road that leads through the village. After about 500m you will find our farm on the left side. From Freilassing you drive along Wasserburger Straße past the swimming pool. After about 1 km turn right towards Saaldorf (Seestraße). Stay on the road and drive through Saaldorf. Steinbrünning is on the right after about 2 km. So turn right onto the road that leads through the village. After about 500m you will find our farm on the left side. Arrival from the train station Freilassing after arrangement we will gladly pick you up from the train station. Arrival to our farm from Salzburg Airport W.A. Mozart. The distance from Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart to Thomanhof is about 12 km. It is best to take a cab, which costs about EUR 30,00. If you wish, we can also pick you up from the airport or assist you with the transfer.

terms/extras
Surcharge dog - A dog still costs 9.00 EUR extra per day and dog. This is still to be paid extra. The booking becomes binding by sending the reservation confirmation and a deposit of 50% of the total price is due. The remaining amount has to be transfered 5 days prior arrival to via bank transfer. In case of cancellation the following conditions apply: Up to 60 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge. Up to 30 days 50% of the total price including taxes will be charged. From 29 days before arrival 90 % of the total price incl. taxes will be charged. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged. If you leave us before the agreed departure date, you will be charged for the days used and 90% of the remaining but unused nights. Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation!

Description of the accommodation
The cozy apartment (24 m2) for two people has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with dining area and a bed. You can use the garden including the seating and the barbecue.
