The holiday apartment Franziska (2-4 persons) is located on the second floor of our house and features one bedroom, one bathroom, a separate toilet, and a modern eat-in kitchen.
It is approximately 50 m² in size and is the ideal accommodation for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing holiday amidst nature.
There are a total of 4 sleeping places: a double bed in the bedroom, and the sofa in the living area can also be converted into a bed (sleeping surface 253/138 cm).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine.
A spacious balcony is also part of the apartment. On the ground floor of our house, there is also a ski room where our guests can safely store their ski equipment in winter and their bicycles in summer.
Ample parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the house.
Additionally, our infrared sauna, located directly next to the holiday apartment, invites you to relax and unwind after an impressive hike or a wonderful day of skiing in the Almenwelt Lofer.
In summer, our guests receive the Sommercard free of charge.
We also offer a bread roll service, ensuring that no wishes remain unfulfilled during your holiday with us. Our family-run farm, first documented in 1495, is located quietly and idyllically in the picturesque district of Scheffsnoth.
It is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Lofer.
Our holiday apartments offer the ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday close to nature in the heart of the Alps. With the Sommercard, you have the opportunity during the summer season to use the Lofer swimming pool free of charge and to visit the Vorderkaser and Seisenbergklamm gorges.
The Lamprechtshöhle cave is also free for our guests, as is the bus journey to the city of Salzburg.
Additionally, this offer includes the use of the cable car free of charge.
