The gîte is on one level and has a large living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed, the other with two 90x200 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The gîte has a large south-facing terrace, a petanque area and an orchard.

A swimming pool is also available as an optional extra at €30 per day during May, June and September, for the entire duration of the stay.


The rate includes bed linen, towels, utilities (electricity and heating).

The cleaning package is optional at €60 per stay. Our gîte "la Maison Bleue" is located in the village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, at the foot of the Lac du Der dykes. The harbour is just a few hundred metres away.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities here: boating, cycling, hiking, fishing, or let yourself be guided by the offers from the Tourist Office. And don't forget the bird migration in spring and autumn, making the lake a paradise for nature lovers, ornithologists and photographers, whose annual rendezvous is in November at the Montier-en-Der wildlife photo festival.
