On the mezzanine, you will find 2 beds 90x190 that can be converted into 1 bed 180x190.

Unheated chlorine pool to be shared with the owners, secured by an alarm, measuring 14mx7m, depth 1.5m, open from 1 June to 30 September. The pool has independent access from the gîte. On the Route des Vignobles et Bastides, come to Eymet and discover the gastronomy of Périgord, starting with the Thursday morning market, which has been held since the bastide was founded. This gîte is located 15 km from Eymet (houses with arcades, fountain and 13th-century castle) and 24 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved evidence of its past (half-timbered houses) on the banks of the River Dordogne.
