Casa Primavera is a recently renovated rural house that is recommended for hikers, sports enthusiasts and those who want to get away from urban centres.
The house has a floor area of 88 m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.30 m wide), a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining table.
Outdoors, there is a garden with a variety of flowers and a terrace with a barbecue and a spacious living area with a hammock for relaxing in the evening and enjoying the fabulous sunsets with intense colours in autumn.
The house is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.
LOCATION
The house is located in a rural area 450 metres from sea level and 6 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and a few restaurants and cafés.
About 400 metres away there is a supermarket and 150 metres away there is a small restaurant and café.
Ponta do Sol is in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity it is possible to practice various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.
The property has access to the main roads.
OBSERVATIONS
The property has a car access to the north and an outdoor parking space. To the south there is pedestrian access via a 95-metre footpath from the main road.
Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive and afterwards there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Because it is in a rural area, there is potential for noise from dogs and other domestic animals in neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the vicinity that can be attracted to food waste.
Increasing the number of guests will result in a price increase of up to 10 per cent per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival times is available via a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, an appointment is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
