The family-friendly accommodation is located in the welcoming and clearly laid out Bella Austria holiday complex surrounded by greenery in beautiful Styria in Austria.

Do your children like entertainment, swimming and animals? Here you will find the perfect mix of everything! A great entertainment team will keep you and your children entertained all day long.

The partially heated pool invites you to swim and play and a playground offers plenty of fun, while the adults can relax in the wellness area with various saunas.

On the small farm you will find a petting zoo with various animal species and the nearest riding centre is just a few minutes' walk from the complex.

WiFi, coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available on site.

The Happy Plus accommodation offers space for 7 people.

The mobile home is equipped with three bedrooms.

One with a double bed (190 x 140 cm) and two with 2 single beds (190 x 70 cm).

There is sleeping accommodation for an additional person in the living room.

The Mobilehome Happy Plus has a living room and an open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor bonnet, fridge and freezer compartment.

An Italian espresso pot is available.

The mobile home has a bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as a separate WC.

All rooms have power sockets and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, 2 loungers/chairs and an electric barbecue invites you to relax while the children let off steam in the playground.

Half or full board can also be booked on site on request.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the days of arrival and departure and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. POOL The beautiful pool area invites you to enjoy, romp and dive! The pool is partially heated, making it very child-friendly.

The massage benches and massage loungers provide relaxation.

Around the pool you will find either sunbeds or you can spread out your towel on the lawn and enjoy the sun.

If you are hungry or thirsty, you can eat in the restaurant next to the pool area.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday village offers entertainment for young and old and will keep you entertained all day long.

Daily workshops, group activities and sports tournaments make your holiday unique and allow your children to make new friends.

There is a lovely playground for your children on the resort, allowing you to have some free time for yourself.

If your children like animals, you will find a small farm in the resort with various animal species.

Holidays should not only be about sport and fun, but also about relaxation.

This is ensured by the small wellness centre with various saunas and massage benches in the heated pool.

LEISURE AND SPORT Thanks to the great location in the countryside, you can go on wonderful walks and short hikes.

If you prefer a sports field, you can let off steam on the football or handball pitch.

Bicycle hire is available on site.

So you can go on lovely bike tours with your family.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a supermarket where you will find fresh food and a selection of everyday items.

You will find a large supermarket just a few minutes away from the holiday complex.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fridge.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

There is also a restaurant in the complex where you can enjoy delicious regional specialities.

PETS One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome with notification at the time of booking.

The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros if a dog is brought along.

If everything is in order on departure, the tenant will be refunded 100 euros of the deposit and 20 euros will be retained for extra cleaning.

SPECIAL The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking or notified at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

ARRIVAL You will receive detailed arrival information together with the travel documents after booking.
