The first floor is wheelchair-accessible and has a bedroom with adapted bathroom. The second floor has three more bedrooms. Also available are 2 cribs and a bunk bed, which can be added on request. Outside the property is a spacious terrace with furniture and a lawn with play sets for smaller children. The larger children can entertain themselves with the recreational woods, play sets, go-karts (and go-kart tracks on the property), and a covered playing area. There is also a soccer field and a volleyball field.
