Through the private entrance you enter the spacious kitchen and living room. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and a combination oven. The living room has a nice sitting area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Through the living room/kitchen you enter the spacious private garden through 2 French doors with plenty of natural shade, but also enough space to enjoy the sun. Through a door in the living room you reach the staircase. There you will find two spacious, attractive bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious box springs and sufficient cupboard space.
