This apartment for two is located in Nieuw Heeten. This is a village at the foot of National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. This nature reserve is known for one of the largest contiguous dry heathlands in Europe. You can enjoy yourself here in the woods and on the moors. There are several hiking and cycling routes in the area. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is about a 20-minute drive from the vacation home. This Hanseatic city lies on the river IJssel and there are still several historical features visible of the city. Here you can store in one of the boutiques or enjoy a terrace. For a relaxing day you can go to Thermen Bussloo or the Veluwse Bron.
The living room has a cozy sitting area including a television, games, books and a fireplace. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and a Nespresso. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has floor heating, here you will find a shower, two sinks, toilet and hair dryer. Outside you have a furnished terrace, a bicycle shed, barbecue and a hot tub (for a fee). In the owner's garden there is an octagonal construction pool, you can use this from mid-June to the end of August.

The Sallandse Heuvelrug is a beautiful and unique area located in the middle of the province of Overijssel. The nature here invites you to lovely walking and cycling trips over beautiful hilltops with magnificent views. Discover the wooded surroundings and the vast heathlands of the nearby Holterberg, one of the hills of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Also nearby is Dondertman Children's Farm: a real attraction for young and old with a large playground, various play activities and many animals. Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is also nearby and is an outing for the whole family. Het Loo Palace, the Apenheul or the Julianatoren amusement park, all located in Apeldoorn, are also highly recommended!
