Surroundings
Thanks to the great location, the Bodden with its bathing spots as well as surfing, kite surfing and fishing spots are within walking distance. Here you will also find the cycle and hiking path that leads you along the water to Ahrenshoop and Wustrow. There is also a bakery, a café and a variety of good restaurants just a few hundred metres away. There are also several supermarkets and shops in Born. The unspoilt Darß Forest is two kilometres away and the fine sandy west beach is five kilometres away and is a great destination for a bike ride. In combination with the Otto holiday home, the climate-neutral Haus Hans is ideal for groups of up to ten people. Experience a little of the charm of a farm holiday with the neighbouring sheep in the pasture.

The house
Modern architecture and ecological timber construction are characteristic of this country house near the Baltic Sea. On the ground floor, a spacious and light-flooded living room with a clear design and retro-inspired furniture awaits you. With the wooden beam construction in the ceiling and the real wood parquet flooring, the natural material wood is also used in the interior and creates a great living atmosphere. The kitchen unit and large dining table blend harmoniously into the living area. A guest WC and a walk-in wardrobe are also located on the lower floor. Three clean bedrooms await you on the upper floor, each furnished with a double bed - handmade by a carpenter. A modern bathroom with shower/WC rounds off the holiday home perfectly.

The outdoor area features a large wrap-around wooden terrace with modern garden furniture for relaxing. Here you can barbecue, enjoy the balmy summer evenings or simply unwind with a view of the greenery. The large garden with sunbathing lawn is for communal use. There is also a car parking space available.
