The overnight stay fee is due in advance via a payment link with the option of instant bank transfer or credit card payment.
The visitor's tax is due locally in cash; payment of the overnight stay price on-site is not possible. There are 6 fully equipped apartments for 2 to 7 people, offering 4- to 5-star comfort – all with access to a terrace or balcony. For all dog owners, four-legged friends are welcome, but we only allow one dog per apartment.
Please inform us of your dog before arrival, as we will then schedule more intensive cleaning for your departure day. We allow one dog per apartment and charge €8.50 per day, payable upon arrival.
Please understand that for unregistered dogs, we will have to charge a special cleaning fee of €200 afterward. Your booked apartment will be ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM. Late departures or check-outs will incur additional costs. Check-in is at our main building, the Gaisbock, located at Hauptstraße 11 in Fischen. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time by phone one hour in advance.

Schöne Wohnung, die vieles bietet
Keine Check- In Infos, dass dieser nicht an der Unterkunft stattfindet
Verdunkelung in Schlafbereich und Badezimmer fehlt. Da Dachgeschoss, lecker warm im Badezimmer .
Und dass größte Manko ist leider der Straßenlärm. Es ist nicht möglich, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Wirklich schade, da die Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön ist.

Wohnung Nr. 6 im Ferienhof / Dachwohnung: Schöne großzügige Dachwohnung (für 2 Personen mit Hund sehr ausreichend). Sehr gut ausgestattet und neuwertig, insbesondere die große Küche. Gute Matratze sorgt für Schlafkomfort. Täglicher Brötchenservice (im Preis enthalten) ist angenehm. Wohnung empfehlen...

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit Bsuernhofflair bei Fam. Schöll im Gaisbock Ferienhof.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sogar Hundebetten waren in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Auch eine Waschmaschine konnte genutzt werden.
Gerne besuchen wir den Gaishof bald wieder.
