Shared with the owners: courtyard (300m²) and garden (1000m²).
The highlight of this vacation home: the owner, a sculptor, has her studio on this property.
She will be happy to introduce you to her art if you wish. This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests. This comfortable gite is between another house and the owners' home (the owners use a path in front of the gite to get to their house) 1km from the sea. The property is in the delightful town of Plérin which offers many water sports and walks, and is well-placed for visiting the whole of the département and its wealth of lovely places of interest !
