Charming thatched half-timbered house from 1850 in a secluded location near the Baltic Sea, featuring a fireplace and large garden.
One dog is allowed.
Enjoy a stay under thatch in a typical Angeln farmhouse with a spacious kitchen-living area and fireplace.
The large property and the house’s details blend perfectly with the Angeln landscape.
The expansive garden invites you to relax with garden furniture and a barbecue. During the winter of 2017/2018, the roof was converted; both bedrooms are separately located under the roof.
On the ground floor, the layout creates a large living area with a fireplace.
The old small living room downstairs serves as an additional guest room with a reading corner.
The property has no direct neighbors and is set alone.
Old trees, typical hedgerows, and small embankments border the grounds.
Only the roadside is fenced; elsewhere, a small embankment planted with roses marks the boundary to the adjacent farmland.
The distance to the water (Baltic Sea/Geltinger Bucht) is just under 7 km as the crow flies.
