With breathtaking sea views, this inviting property includes unlimited use of an electric Monaco vehicle and four electric bikes, as well as off-road parking.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, and warmly welcoming one well-mannered pet.
Step inside to find a generously sized kitchen/diner, thoughtfully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.
Savour a home cooked meal at the dining table before settling into the sitting room for a relaxing evening in front of the TV.
A convenient cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a super-king-size bed, a sofa bed for added versatility, a TV, and a balcony with decking and furniture, ideal for enjoying morning coffee with a view.
This room also features an en-suite bathroom offering a relaxing bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC.
The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed (can be converted to twins upon request), and features a TV along with a stylish en-suite shower room.
The remaining two king-size bedrooms (also convertible to twins upon request), each offer private en-suite facilities, including walk-in showers, basins, and WCs.

Trevean, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, and dining seating, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, furnished balcony, and en-suite bathroom and three king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms, one also containing a TV. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, pub in 0.2 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with terrace, furniture, hot tub, heated swimming pool, and fire pit and off-road parking available. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Trevean. Note: Four electric bikes available for use. Note: Use of the Polurrian Health Club (treatments not included), restaurant, bar and hotel facilities including the beach. Note: Unlimited use of electric Monaco vehicle.
Please note, the communal onsite facilities (heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children playground, bar, restaurant and spa) at Trevean will not be available from the 1st January 2026 to the beginning of April 2026. As a result, a 10% discount will be automatically added to your booking. Please do contact Cornish Cottage Holidays should you wish to discuss further.
The private swimming pool belonging to Trevean will remain available for use.
